It would be helpful to have a way to import asset statuses. We tried to develop a template for a discipline where there are 29 asset statuses. However, we have no way to import this as a template for already existing projects; we have to recreate each status manually. Currently assets need to be tagged manually with no way to do it automatically. For light fixtures tagging each fixture can take hours given the size of the project. It would be nice to have a feature that will recgonize assets on a sheet and automatically tag them for tracking. Show More

When creating checklist forms for assets, we are adding the equipment/asset name to the description field for easy identification. The first one will populate and save with no problem. After that, copying into the field will delete when you click the check or the add reference button. You have to add a space after the last letter/number of the name before creating form. When creating the 3rd one, this workaround doesn't help. In order to get it to stay, you have to click into the description field, add a space, click out, then go back in and paste the name. This may not seem like a lot of time, but if you are doing 500-700 times per job, this adds up fast. Show More

The application currently sorts assets alphabetically instead of using a natural numeric or alphanumeric order. For example, the sequence goes from 9 to 10, then jumps to 100…109, and only later continues with 11.  This becomes even more confusing when asset names include letters combined with numbers. Edit Assets in table format, similar to exporting out to excel - having both options would benefit. At the moment the team have to individually click on each Asset and update where sometimes the team prefer Excel like features.  Show More

  We have set up Rooms (or Locations) as Systems in Assets.  Once this is done you can manually tie, Issues, Pictures, Files and other similar items to that Room (Location).  This can create a good history of the room along with a quick view of outstanding or incomplete items.  Once Assets are tied to the Room (Location) you can also see a list of all of them in the room and their individual status and if they have open Issues.  This can also be a good way for tracking punch list item in a Room (Location).  The biggest challenge is trying to get everyone to remember to select the System Asset when creating an Issue, Picture, File, Asset or similar item.   We would recommend creating a third tab as shown below that would be called Location.  This would auto populate with all the Locations that have been set up on the project.   From the list of Locations (or Rooms), once selected, you would see all Issues, Pictures, Files, Assets or similar items that have that Location, eliminating the need to create a System for Locations and attach an Items.     Show More

With the Manage permission in Assets you should be able to also import assets from models. Now, as of 11th December 2025, it is only the project admins who can do it. This is not good because you preferably want the persons (f.ex. 3rd party) handling Assets not be able to control the whole project. This is especially critical when working with multiple stakeholders. Show More

I think it would be very helpful to be able to group assets together in assemblies, or spools.  When we build something in our fab shop from several pieces or assets, we typically track the entire assembly as one unit once it is assembled.  This would be helpful to group assets into spool assemblies so that when you update the status of a spool assembly, the entirety of the assembly and all of it's assets change and update in the model it is mapped to. While testing NFC integration for asset tracking, it became clear that exposed Asset "B3F IDs" can be effortlessly cloned. This loophole compromises data integrity and security, allowing unauthorized access or replication of asset information.   Why this matters: If Asset "B3F IDs" remain visible or unencrypted, anyone can duplicate tags—undermining reliability and trust in the entire asset management process.   Suggested improvement/Proposed enhancement:  Introduce a “View only” permission option for Assets, alongside the current “View + export” level, so project admins can let users see assets in ACC without allowing CSV/Excel exports that expose sensitive "B3F IDs" used in NFC implementations   @tushar_nath @ameerul.rafei @farid_anuar @irham.hameeda @MAfiq_Yusoff      Show More

Asset tracking is interesting feature, however it is not helful with its limitations. Unable to share the mark-ups to the teammembers outside ACC or not downloadable or printable.This goes same with files mark-ups during reviews. Show More

ACC Locations doesn't automatically generate a QR Code, could it be useful to Automatically Generate QR Code and manage permission settings on who views certain things on the field.  Scan QR Code for Location see Checklist that needs to be completed. Be able to link an issue automatically to assets based on location. i.e. If a Quality Issue is created on a sheet then be able to automatically link to a certain folder in assets with the same location.  Show More

It will be great to improve the creation of forms and the link between forms & assets Example: quality check to do for each element. We have assets for all the elements with different statut (formed, rebar, poured, checked) We want to create automatic quality check forms for all elements. When you export to excel from a Asset Category all the custom fields come up not just the ones on the asset category. Good if there was an option to export all custom fields or just the ones relevant to the asset category.  Show More

When you export from Handover it gives you direct links but not attachments - will be good to have option where handover exports everything as a zip with issues and forms attached, similar to the Ipad set up but in export format. Show More

It would be incredibly helpful if, inside the Assets module, you could print off almost a cover page associated with the Assets that could include all references as "embedded attachments" (similar to RFIs and Submittals) where the files themselves would actually display / print upon export. Like what you can do with Submittals and RFIs.    We are using Assets for something similar to requirements tracking / punchlist and at the end of the job, when we go to compile all of our supporting documentation for each "asset", it would be incredibly helpful if it exported with the files included, rather than us having to go print those all off individually for hundreds of items.  Show More

It would be really useful to have an option to add the scan tool that is found within Assets on the ACC app to the project homepage using the shortcut tools if using QR codes for assets on-site. The scan tool is found within the assets tool itself and to get to it you are already half way to the asset folders anyway, so it would be more effective if this scan tool was available on the project homepage for easier access to asset folders as soon as you open the project on the app. Show More
