With the Manage permission in Assets you should be able to also import assets from models.
Now, as of 11th December 2025, it is only the project admins who can do it. This is not good because you preferably want the persons (f.ex. 3rd party) handling Assets not be able to control the whole project. This is especially critical when working with multiple stakeholders.
