When creating checklist forms for assets, we are adding the equipment/asset name to the description field for easy identification. The first one will populate and save with no problem. After that, copying into the field will delete when you click the check or the add reference button. You have to add a space after the last letter/number of the name before creating form. When creating the 3rd one, this workaround doesn't help. In order to get it to stay, you have to click into the description field, add a space, click out, then go back in and paste the name. This may not seem like a lot of time, but if you are doing 500-700 times per job, this adds up fast.
