problems to launch 3ds max, error 25....

Hello, I start contacting you because I do not have ways to launch the 3dsmax, it is impossible, I downloaded many times from the official website the max 2016 and I have reinstalled 1 and again, following the steps directed to steps , then I installed the proper activation program, and perfect, I make sure that the fireworld not blocked, but always when I run to enter, get the following message: check out the software license failed. error25 ?????????
I have no more ways to format the cp to try to install it, I hope you give me a solution, please, I have student license, i do not know why this happens?

Delete the adsk*.data files located at C:\ProgramData\Flexnet then relaunch the software.  Make sure you have local admin rights and UAC is off.
