Vault 2011 migration problem.

Hi

I have installed vault 2011 successfully (I Hope). I have attached my mastervault backup. Under the Vaults Folder, next to my
Vault name there is an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle. When I click on the Vault to Migrate it Starts and then after a while stops.
the following error appears.

Migration of "vaultname" failed: The alter table statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_propertyDef1".
The Conflict occured in database "Vaultname", table "dbo.PropertyDef";, column 'PropertyDefID'.

What have I done wrong or have I not done ??

Thanx

I also had the exact same problem, unfortunately I don't have any logs because I rolled back to Vault 2010.

I also updated to SQL 2005 SP3 before the Vault 2011 upgrade, and Vault 2010 was working fine.

Has anyone have any ideas on this issue? Even with the Vault update 1, the same error exist.

Hello David,

We have support through our reseller and they put me in contact with a support specialist from Autodesk who remotely fixed the problem for me.  This is a data base problem.  I believe they are working on a fix for it.

I agree that your reseller support should assist you with this issue.  If you haven't already posted in the Vault forum, you might try there too:
