Installation issues related to .NET 4

I'm trying to install DWG TrueView and keep running into the same error that I need to have .NET 4 installed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled .NET 4 several times, using both the .NET 4 cleanup tool and the regular uninstall process. I've also tried repairing .NET 4 several times to no avail. This is a Windows 7 32-bit machine. What's the way around this problem?

Yes.  I recommend editing the setup.ini file to remove or ignore the prerequisite check for the .NET Framework.
