An Error occured while installing this product. Comes up twice. Please help!

Everything I have tried has failed, and I am starting to get really frustrated to be honest.

I have tried disabling my anti-virus and firewall, that didn't work! I tried downloading through the virtual agent, that didn't work! I tried installing DirectX and Visual C++ manually. Guess that... THAT DIDN'T WORK EITHER! 

It all started when I tried to install the first time. It paused on its own accord, so I tried to pause the install, and the button went grey and I couldn't click it anymore. I think I froze it, so I had to cancel. From there, i couldn't install it anymore. That's when I went into panic mode. At the moment, I had to manually delete the filders from C: Drive. I could install Maya 2014 fine, but I need 2016 as well. 

Please, any help would be really great. Thanks.

When you cancelled the original install you probably caused the problem you are having now.  It was probably in the middle of downloading additional files.  You will need to post your installation log here for verification of the failure.
