Hi R.Longchamp and welcome to the forums!
Changes from Network to Standalone licensing are made directly by our resellers. Please, contact your authorized Autodesk reseller and ask them about the procedures to perform this change.
Thank you,
I believe the customer wants to get a new license file for a replacement server. You can do this thru your Reseller or thru the Autodesk Activations department.
You can use the online method to activate your license here:
http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/pc/item?id=18424632&siteID=123112
Or you can can call Autodesk Product Registration and Authorization:

1-800-551-1490 > Option 1 (English) > Option 2 > (Network)
You will need to provide your serial number and ethernet ID of the new license server.
www.licenseparser.com > This will break down your current license file into plain english and you will find the serial number there.
