Grace period-network license

I use AutoCAD 2006 NLM on my workstation. Sometimes I need to borrow license to my laptop. Question: When I borrow license to laptop with open AutoCAD on workstation how long is the grace period for AutoCAD on workstation?

Assuming you have more than one network license of AutoCAD 2006, there shouldn't be any issue. You can borrow a license on your laptop and still work on your workstation at the same time.

When you borrow a license, you can borrow it up to 6 months. During this time, the license will be checked out from the license manager and no other workstations will be able to use this.

This means that if you only have one license and it is borrowed to your laptop, then your workstation will not have a license to use.

There is no grace period per se, because you can only have as many copies of AutoCAD running as you have licenses available on your NLM.
