Autocad LT on a new computer

My old computer that had my acadlt installed on it died.

 

Can I use my 2009 upgrade cd to now install it on another computer?

Most likely.  You may need to call Autodesk activations to get an activation code if it does not do it online automatically for you.  1-800-551-1490.
