Moving Factory type files within Vault

Is there a method or is there any development ongoing to be able to move factory parts within Vault?  The process needs to keep all relationships to children parts and keep the history intact.  Parker needs this functionality needs to include Inventor, ProE/CREO and SolidWorks factory type files.

When your iFactories live inside a normal folder you can actually move them. Just move only the iFactory file and the subfolder with all generated members will automatically follow.

However, when your factories live inside a library folder this action is blocked by the restriction of any movement of library (sub)folders. iFactory member folders within a library folder are library folders as well.

I posted an Idea for allowing movement of library folders: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/vault-ideas/allow-movement-of-library-folders/idi-p/7205264

There is also an idea for converting normal to library folders and vice versa: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/vault-ideas/convert-folder-to-library/idi-p/7020495

There is an unsupported workaround for converting between library and normal folders, but it involves a SQL query. You could ask your reseller or Autodesk for it.
