It is currently impossible to move Library type folders. I know this behaviour is originally by design and I remember it has nothing to do with Inventor. However, this restriction causes some troubles.
First of all, restructuring library folder trees can be tedious because of it. As every folder in a sub tree needs to be recreated and files moved into it.
But what this restriction is really making it bad, is that iFactories which have generated members in Vault cannot be moved at all!
At least make the movement restriction of library folders configurable. But in my humble opinion, the restriction should be removed all together; ACL's are there for restricting users.
