Make CR and CN task buttons visible when you open them
If there's a CN or CR task available for user, he has to open the CR/CN and click on a black ribbon to reveal the task buttons in a small popup. We have seen on our environments that these buttons are sometimes slow to load and is just a waste of time.
It would be more beneficial if the buttons are visible to the user directly when he opens the CR/CN at the top-right corner without having to click the black ribbon. If the user is not the designated assignee, the buttons can just be greyed out.
In this specific case being mentioned, the buttons are likely for a "Resend for Approval" or "Reject Workflow" type button. Unlike Stale cBOM, these buttons are hidden inside the black ribbon, and the UI is inconsistent - I think the bigger ask here is for consistency in the UI on how task assignment completions are handled.
As an add-on thought, if you are rethinking the black ribbons, there should be a quick, easy way to see what the specifics of the assigned task are. For example, if required to define an attribute, which attribute? What's required?
