In the Upchain Thick client, users could add notes to the entire Requisition. These notes provided additional information to the Change Notice (CN) and can be updated during Approval or Edit mode. We request that this feature be included in Upchain Cloud as well.
This functionality is crucial for the Project Management team, allowing them to document reviews for cost, schedule, etc. For instance, when the CN moves to other assignees further down in the workflow, such as for escalated approvals, they can check these notes to confirm that the previous assignee has verified all necessary details and left relevant comments.
