Automatic Task Reassignment to Out-of-Office Delegate

When a user sets an out-of-office delegate for their time-off, all their currently assigned tasks should automatically be reassigned to the delegate for the duration of their absence. Currently, this reassignment must be done manually by administrators, which is time-consuming. The system should intelligently handle this process, similar to how it prompts for task reassignment when an account is temporarily deactivated. Implementing this feature would streamline workflow management and reduce administrative overhead.
