How to create a steel stair with bar grating treads and landing in revit by using default stair family components?

Easiest way is to show a "Model" fill pattern (not Drafting) as the surface material.

Thank you for the reply. But  this is not the solution I was searching for. I'm seeking for a solution to model LOD 400 steel staircase with gratings.

you can apply a material to the Tread and Landing. in the material you can specify cutout pattern.
