Wood Floor - Joists and beams

Hello,

How can I load a wood-joists-floor in Revit?

If so can I specify if the joists are supported by Bridging or Strapping?

You can load them either from the Insert tab, load a family, Structural Framing

or you can go to the Structure tab, Beam tool, Load a Family, Structural Framing.

I did a quick video

If you are wanting just a floor type that is listed as a Wood Joist Floor with the appropriate layers and thicknesses you can duplicate an existing floor type and create a new one.  Keep in mind this does not show the joists, it just shows the thicknesses of the layers in the floor structure.
