Wire Size - Neutral - BUG

Wire Size - Neutral - BUG

Hello,

I found this really interesting bug on the Wire Size Neutral calculation, for some reason Revit is getting all the Wires Sizes in all Materials to calculate the Neutral.

I deleted the wire size and still showing on the neutral size!

Check the video hot to BUG this!

To kinda fix the issue you could create a Wire Size with the same 'name' with a diameter equal to zero, the size should be removed.

But still, have a problem if your document has two types of Wire material with different Wire Diameter, if you use the Neutral Multiplier Revit gonna select the neutral using any type on the document.

This BUG works on Revit 2022.

I hope this helps to improve the next version of Revit.

Revit 2026 now uses the Globalize Electrical Conductors.

Here some references:

This issue does not exist in the new Electrical Conductor and Cable Settings.
