We would like to be able to include a graphic scale bar inside the view title. In order to do this right now, we need to create many different view title types. One for each scale setting. If we could create and use an instance parameter in the view titles, we could set one type and then select which graphic scale is displayed based on view scale. Another possible use would be to be able to put a north arrow in the view title and be able to set it's rotation on sheet with an instance parameter. Having instance parameters could open up a lot of possibilities.
