View Template is a pull down of existing available templates
The view Template is a pull down of you existing available templates rather than a button that opens the Assign View Template window. to access this maybe just have an ellipses button off to the side of this pull down where you can quick access the Assign View Template window
Agreed, this would be very helpful if it only showed the list of templates assigned to the view type category as well as <none> and <see full list> at the top to open the full UI.
How about using the little space next to the value on the right hand side to trigger the full UI menu? The <see full list> entry may be a long way to roll for the mouse wheel.
