Allow Generic Annotation to be not scale dependent
Currently, elements from the Generic Annotation Category are scale-dependent on the Revit views.
It would be very helpful if there were a checkbox to allow the Generic Annotation to stay at a fixed size. This can work as a symbol, which will also be shown on the sloped planes.
