Currently equal spacing of dimension is allowed only when aligned dimension are placed in sequence then upon completion of placement the EQ option is available on the screen..
My suggestion is to not only allow EQ under the existing setup but also allow selection of individual dimensions placed side by - side >> add a continue option to the option bar to convert them >> once set the EQ option could be available
