Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man den Hintergrund sowohl von Text als auch Maßtexten auch in eine Farbe zuweisen könnte und nicht nur Transparent oder Undurchsichtig.

Yes, all text / labels / tags should have a changeable back ground colour.  At the end of the day clear documentation is the ultimate goal for all parties.

What color do you want it to be? Why not set it to transparent?

transparent doesn't work when you have text over lines or geometry.

Text, tags, annotation of any sort really.  Basically give the opaque setting a color setting with a transparency option.  

In the case of tags or dimensions, give us the ability to set that color by formula.  Somehow, someway.  That would be the icing on the cake. 

Also, for our worldwide friends... colour.  So search will find this... I hope.

How about a label that is really two labels? The lower of the two is only a █ text with a style in the desired background colour, the one above gets its style set to transparent. You will have to estimate how many of the ███ letters you need to fit the bill of the original posters sample image.

What he is really asking is that masking works not as a white fill background (like it is now), but as a transparent masking that hides other text, lines and symbols and geometry lines, but not the solid fill color of the geometry and/or color schemes etc.

A tiny difference that makes a bit os sense. 

To be less disruptive I would keep the today's masking option and create another one maybe called "Transparent Masking". You would pick no masking, masking or transparent masking in a drop box instead of a on/off button.

While you are at it, remeber the wish for the masking to go until the box limit!
