I would like the Section Box in Revit to be able to decipher the objects that it cuts such that each object will have it's own sectioning plan. This will allow for a 3D sectional view where the user can control each section plane of each object to push/pull and allow for variation in the section. By default, there is only 1 plane that cuts through the Revit content. Allowing the section cut to be automatically broken into multiple section planes based on the object it cuts will allow for pushing/pulling each plan to create a more 3d sectional plan. An example would be creating a 3d mockup of a wall and how it is to be built in the field.
