Rotate Elevation View for 180 degrees

It would be helpful if we could rotate crop region of Elevation View for 180 degrees as it is possible for Section View.

I can't see ever wanting/needing to do this, but just in case someone wants to turn their elevation view upside down or sideways, this would be a good way to do that.  A view can be turned sideways on the sheet using the "Rotation on sheet" in the options bar... or where ever it is in 2026 now... but not upside down.
