To avoid dragging the wrong View (from the Project Browser) onto a Sheet (especially if the View is generically named), it would be nice to right-click (and/or have a button on the contextual-tab) to "Place This View on a Sheet..." the current View. The command would then show a list of Sheets to choose from, and then the picked Sheet would open for positioning of the View.
Similarly, with a section cut selected, the right-click menu should show a "Place View on Sheet..." option after "Flip Section" and "Go to View".
Scenario: When creating a model, I cut sections at critical points - connections/conditions that MAY need to be detailed in CDs. Those sections get dumped on detail sheets so they can be reviewed. While we have a naming standard (view names start with SHEET#-DETAIL#, such as "S501-03_SECTION AT DECK") and we have a Shared Parameter for Views (where we enter the sheet number, and the Project Browser is set to group by that parameter), when first creating the model it's not always worth the effort to correctly populate those fields (many of the initial section cuts won't be needed - later development will eliminate duplicate/similar views. As such, it can become tedious to keep track of which details I want to place on sheets (i.e. do I want "Detail 36" or "Detail 37"?) if you're not placing them immediately upon creation (and even if you are).
