When creating wall sections I tend to use a repeating detail component to show block/ brick coursing. It would be nice to have an option to include repeating detail components within the wall assembly itself in section view. I would be inclined to include it similarly to the 'Modify Vertical Structure (Section Preview only)' when editing wall types. You can select a detail component/ repeating detail component type as long as it has a length parameter. Adjustments to the offsets would be similar to inserting a sweep/ reveal in the 'Modify Vertical Structure (Section Preview only)' tab. The components can be assigned to a layer and it will be laid upon that face so if the structure is rotated or angled the detail component can stay 'snapped' to the layer it is assigned to. (Refer to images below/ attached)
These options would also be useful for floors/ flat roofs if a hollow core or metal deck structure is being used, useful for ceilings to show ACT ceiling tile and grid placement.
