"is duplicate" and "is unique" Conditionals in Schedule Filter

Provide additional conditionals to the Schedule Properties > Filter tab

• is unique - items only pass the filter if the parameter value is unique
• is duplicate (or is not unique) - items only pass the filter if the parameter value is not unique

Schedule Properties > Filter drop down conditionals

This would be beneficial for quality assurance and improve display control rather than 'itemize every instance'

Filtering by Count <= 1 would force unique and Count > 1 would force duplicate. Adding these would look nice, but could potentially clutter the list options.
