PLEASE make it easy - or even possible - to edit Void-forms after they've been created

I frequently use void-sweeps and void-extrusions to cut floors, roofs and other elements. The problem is editing the void after it's been created and cuts something. Why does it have to be so difficult, and sometimes impossible, to edit the void???!!! There's an extra step in the editing process that is unnecessary. First, you have to select the void - which is often very difficult to do, since Revit has serious issues when selecting elements; in some views the void can be selected, but if it's not the correct "part" of the void, the edit option doesn't appear; if you do get the correct "part" in a compatible view - usually a 3D view, the edit option appears; when edit is selected, you then have to select the void-form - WHY???!!! There is no other option. I want to edit the void, that's why I'm selecting it. Why do I have to select a void that is unselectable???!! this is the unnecessary step - and the issue is the void-form cannot be seen or selected in almost any view. WHY???!!! It's often selectable in some random view that has do do with the work plane the void was created on or nothing to do with any other elements the void is cutting. Purely by chance, and cycling through views to if it can be found.  If it is selectable, it's usually easy enough to modify the shape, path, etc. Yet another issue with editing void-forms that cut other elements is when the element is moved, the void cannot be associated with it, and doesn't move as well. It has to be edited, and then we back into the absurd loop of trying to select the void to edit the shape, work plane, etc. This feature and work flow needs attention and an update to be truly functional and practical to use.
