I think Revit needs permissions management for certain areas (functions) in Revit.
BIM Managers should be able to lock (prevent changes) on some features.
Like, phasing. Prevent normal users to edit phases. Worksets, view templates, shared parameters, project parameters, project information?
There are use cases where in order to keep model clean and up to company standards, only BIM managers should be able to author certain aspects of the model.
Like we have groups and permission management on BIM360/ACC, that would be useful to have in Revit as well.
