They work fine in the current project model but if you wanted to link that project file into another project file those "temporary structures" can not be used to cut a wall in the new project. With 2026 allowing you to have walls without a core it would be nice if I could link in a model, add a wall to its face using the auto join feature, and then be able to use a TEMPORARY STUCTURE in the linked project model to cut the new all in the current project model.
For those of you confused by what feature I am talking about I am not talking about a building phase where you set it to be created and demolished in the same phase but an actually family called Temporary Structures the best example I have seen so far on its use is in the video attached jump to just before the 6 minute mark to see what I mean
