As of now it is not possible to assign Leaders for annotation family as dotted or dashed lines through Visibility Graphics option. We need to go to every view and select every annotation with a leader line and change the line type through Override Element in view. Or, we create a Dynamo script to change all at once.
It would be good to be able to incorporate Line Types for Leader lines in various Annotation families for better control of detailed annotations.
