Layer priority settings should control cutting elements visibility in 3D view as well

On behalf of a customer from DACH region let me document the following wish.

At intersecting elements (eg floors and walls) the cut display of elements in 3D may differ as in the Section View. See the sample below: 2024-04-09 14_47_01-Search - Autodesk - 393 new items - Slack.pngThis is happening as in 3D view, walls and floors have real geometry, only the join order between the wall and the floor will be considered, without considering the priority of the layers. Meanwhile, the display in section fine view have "extra" layers, which will consider the priority settings of the layers. (In coarse view in section view, the floor still goes through the wall- here again no layer priority is considered).

Wish is to enhance the layer priority usage the way that it could be applied in 3D views as well.

Note: currently the workaround is to modify the oder of joining elements in 3D with the option "Switch Join Order".
