Many times in the field, framers will need to trim off the ceiling joists so that they don't stick through the roof. However, Revit does not provide us with a tool to easily create this condition. Can we please have a tool that will cut, trim, or join a roof so that it automatically cuts without me having to create an in-place void to cut that section of the ceiling? If walls can join and attach to a roof, it seems that something similar would work for ceilings. I didn't see any previous ideas that addressed this issue, sorry if this is a duplicate.
