I use third party software, could also use dynamo to update formulas and add in parameters in batch. Becuase doing it natively would send me and my projects way over budget.
It is causing me a great deal of headache to open a family to find out that there is a invalid formula SOMEHWERE within the family. I know Revit must know what the error is, please at least give me a clue! Rather than giving me a pop up window to tell me that a formula is invalid with no other option but to delete all my formualas in order to debug it.

There should be a message to at least tell you which parameter has the issue or highlight the issue in the family types window.
