Image Export Template

Only higher powers know how many times I've fired up the Export Image dialog only to find it reset to default settings for output folder and image size and format - I mean, come on, JPG 512 pixels?

It would help tremendously if either a) Revit would remember my previous settings, or b) allow me to define a template for these settings.

I'll settle for either, but am expecting nothing to change in the short term. I'll happily stand corrected if this proves to be fixed (yes, I view it as an oversight more than a shortcoming).

Unless I need an alpha channel I never bother with the image export but make screenshots. Depends on your screen resolution but there are hardly any displays with less than HD around.

I was exporting the hole floor plan of a major hospital building and I needed the room and spaces colors and color schemes with the filters applied. Color schemes works ok, rooms and spaces do not. The floor is just too big for a print screen to work and have enough quality to see the details and read the room tag names...
