Fix the way Revit joins walls, once and for all!

Fix the way Revit joins walls, once and for all!

This is the default way Revit joins two cavity walls with an extended brick layer at the base.

This is what happens when switching to Squared Off.

Miter works but  it screws up the join between any other walls!

Whatever methodology the developers came up with for controlling how walls join needs to be scrapped.

It just doesn't work.  Two things need to be done here.

1.  If one wall joins two different walls at two different heights EACH join should be resolved independently of the other so they don't influence each other in bad ways

and

2. fix whatever crappy programming can't handle the simple joining of two multilayer walls in the first place.

This should be priority number one. Cleaning up wall joins is the most tedious and frustrating part of my job. Having to resort sometimes to filled regions and grouped linework to render correctly seemingly simple wall joins is far from ideal.

I have overlapping walls that need to be Joined or Cut from one another; three or more walls intersecting;
Walls with different heights; Walls with Edit Profiles.

The only workaround at the moment is "disallow joins and add filled regions for the joined areas on every view, but that is a really poor option.  Curtain Walls often run into all of the same problems,

Maybe a 3. point would be to extend priorities as well.
