Without creating a level, I would like to be able tag an object's elevation in section. For example, the ability to call out the bottom elevation of a beam in a wall section without adding a level is useful, especially when it is an anomaly or critical to the design. Currently, I use a dummy tag for these items.
True but I would like to use the same elevation tag used for levels. Graphically, it is easier to read the various elevations when they are all in the same format. Essential I want a spot elevation to look like the level tag with ability to add a name on the top line with the elevation on the second.
You can use your level head as a spot elevation symbol. Just edit it and change it's category. I can't think of an easy to format the text the way you want though. I think that might be worth asking for.
