Allow electrical circuits to be defined as constant voltage or constant current to facilitate schedule for circuits that provided more detailed information regarding LED lighting loads. Allow for a mix of circuit constants (i.e. would not work to change the constant from voltage to current on a project basis, each instance of a circuit needs to be able to have constant set individually.
