A tool for creating a custom alert (esp. for worksharing projects) that pops up whenever the project or a specific view is opened. This could be used to communicate project specific information to new users, and new information to ongoing users. A pop-up that goes away when acknowledged (or sim.) would be more conspicuous if a person has to turn it off. Maybe there are ways to customize these options as well? Could also set time /user limits to the pop-up..
