Clean up and better structure Object Styles

Several categories are missing <Hidden Lines>—this is essential for proper coordination with other models to work 100%.

It’s also messy that <Hidden Lines> in Object Styles do not automatically correspond with <Hidden Lines> in Line Styles.
Even worse, Autodesk’s default template assigns a dashed line pattern to <Hidden Lines>. 

All subcategories in Object Styles that are tied to specific Revit functions, such as <Hidden Lines>, <Center Line>, etc., should start with < and end with >.
These should then be controlled via Line Styles to prevent mixing different line patterns.

That has always confused me to no end and I always have to take a step back to make sure I'm doing it correctly!!  It's painful!!

Maybe there should be a global "<Hidden Line>" style that is shown in the "Object Styles" menu as a top-level style but is available to every category in the family editor as a subcategory in the same way that it is now?

I personally can't remember the difference between "<Hidden>" and "<Hidden Lines>" styles in the Detail/Model Line style selection dialog.  I think one of these styles is used by Revit automatically under a certain circumstance (but that circumstance should be controlled by a global "<Hidden Lines>" object style instead).

I'm personally okay with keeping the "<Hidden Lines>" line style and a hypothetical proposed master "<Hidden Lines>" object style separate in the configuration menus, just because I don't want to throw novice BIM managers for a loop.  Coordinating two separate styles is not that bad.
