Browser Organization for Schedules, Legends and Families

This idea comes from reading other's requests for a schedule browser and a family browser.  What if the existing project browser just had the ability to organize the Schedules, Legends and Families similar to what we currently have with Views & Sheets.  (Browser Organization under user interface currently only has two tabs, Views & Sheets, but why not add tabs for Legends, Schedules & Families).  This would allow us to duplicate Schedule Types and Legend Types and setup Browser Organization to list schedules and legends into groups the way we prefer.  (We currently can duplicate schedule and legend types, but it doesn't do any good because the browser can't be organized for those items).

Allow browser organization for legends. This was requested by many for schedules and legends, but only schedules were accepted. I am making the same request again to add legends.

Browser Organization Properties, I see you can organize some there.

but WHY?? only the option Equal to / Not Equal to??

why not "çontains, or begins with"? and the option to type in some text.

example would be  "begins with 01" or whatever the user wants. so simple, and jet so far away, evidently.

Although initially accepted and implemented the functionality of this feature is limited. Can we please have the option to sort schedules by user created Types? The organisation of Views behaves in this way, it's frustrating that I can't group schedules without the use of additional custom parameters.

Hey. I want to suggest that the legends and scheduled and everything you see in the "revit tree" will be organised by browser organisation like we can do with the sheets. We are using the sheet and the legend option for many things in the project but it is impossible to find anything when it is not specified as some view.

@kimberly_fuhrman-jones please combine with Revit Legends  (is it possible to rename this to something like " Project browser Legend Organization", as the current heading is misleading and could be mistaken for the better functionality of legends idea)

It would be nice if you could sort legends with a browser organization the same way you can with views, sheets, and schedules.

@kimberly_fuhrman-jones  I believe this topic is about being able to make custom organization schemes for legends and schedules, like we can for views and sheets. The Revit team added support for schedules a few years ago, but as far as I'm aware the Revit 2025.2 update did not add this for legends (unless I'm missed that of course?).

Ah, @pieterschiettecatte , you are correct! I misread the tab as being part of the Project Browser, not the Browser Organization dialog. Thanks for calling me out on this one! I will revert the status.
