This type of schedule would not be associated with any particular category. By default, all cells including Headings are Blank, and user to input all of this data. It would just be up to the user to specify number of required columns and rows, and be able to update by inserting/deleting as required.
An example of how it can be used: input a number of references which could be other files, specifications or drawings …, which affect, but maybe not include a given design.
