Is it possible to make area types 3d based like rooms instead of 2d area's?
That way the area's in area plans are also visible in section views which show the same information when you want to show that information both in area views and in section views.
This would be a great addition. We use Areas during the schematic design of multi-family projects (1 area per unit). We can schedule these, but they don't show in 3D which then requires additional modeling. We could model a massing family instead, but those eventually get deleted from the model, which removes all the associated data we ought to preserve.
