Add Taps to Cable trays

Currently Cable Trays only accept TEEs in the routing preferences. Unlike Ducts.
For Cable Trays it is customary that when the width of the branch differs from the main width a TAP is placed instead of a TEE. TEEs are usually the same width for all three connections.
You can place a family on the side of a Cable Tray to suggest there is a TAP but than parts are not connected.
Using a TEE with minimal length in the Main direction, as many users use as a workaround, will break the Cable Tray into two sections, so the schedule does not show the correct length and count for Cable Trays, which is undesired.
We want to retain the complete length of the Cable Tray and have a complete system available when using <Tab> to select.
