The underlay toggle is great for MEP use and getting things to go to the back. One problem that I often see is the need to only underlay certain categories or elements, not an entire link.
Having the ability to underlay just some elements, by category or even with a filter, would be great.
OR, having control over the system discipline overrides would be great too!
