Any version with Top Rails. I can't remember when they were introduced.  It has been years though.  If your Railing has a Top Rail, you need to use the TAB key to select it (e.g. TAB -Select).

It can be had automatically by set the top rail type with a floor extension, and joint condition with a radiused fillet.
