Create twisted plane

Hello I would like to create a twisted form ( see picture ) for a gate.

I tried the Swept blend tool but it doesn't work that well. Which tool is the best to create something like this?

THank you !!

Why does the swept blend/extrusion not work? You can make it in two parts and join?

Otherwise try the massing environment and make a loft. (Wouldn't recommend it for this simple gate).

I don't know why, but for me only a 45 degree twist works for me.

90 degrees will result in a simple blended extrusion.

Maybe someone else does know how to do 90 degrees?

See attached family. Join multiple of them to create one louvre.

you can do it using a simple mass extrusion and then rotate upper shape...
