Cannot add door on curtain walls

Hello. I used curtain wall in my project. However, I cannot add a door. I watched a few videos about this. I tried to add the doors for the curtain wall from the Load Family section, but it did not work. when i tried to it said cannot load family files. Can you help me?

Insert Tab=>Load Family

Not Architecture Tab=>Door=>Load Family

Do not use door button from the ribbon. Load a curtain wall door family in your project, select a curtain panel, unpin if you see it's pinned, and change it to a curtain wall door type.

Hello, I tried as you said but it still didn't work. Where else could the problem be?

When i tried this it didn't work. I clicked the curtain wall panel too. But nothing happened.

You're still not loading family correctly.  I can clearly see that you're trying to do it via the Architecture Tab's Doors.  

INSERT TAB=>LOAD FAMILY
