I'd like to make Remake operate more akin to Inventor vs the current settings, but other users may want it to behave more like AutoCAD, Solidedge, 3DS Max or Solidworks. Adding the ability to change user preferences for input would be helpful.  Show More

Considering that 3D Controllers are now native in Windows starting with Windows 10, it seems odd that a 3D Package from Autodesk doesn't have support for these controllers.  Show More

Hi! I have a new computer and I can't use remake offline because the program say that I need at leart 16 gb ram. I don't have internet at home and a new computer with 8gb ram. Could be possible to let the program work with less ram? Thank you very much! Another problem is that I can't use an old version. Hi,   for very dense mesh a big advantage would be having the option to export the mesh as multiple mesh parts, so it would also be easier to handle the model in 3D editing softwares or Game Engine without having to reduce to much the poly count or, even worst, having to cut the mesh manually.   Thanks!   Cheers,   V. I like the volume measurement option in ReMake, but I need to edit the whole model to get something out of it. First I need to delete everything outside my selection, then cut the plain and even then the box of 90m3 shows its 115m3.   It would be great if I can just measure my selection and adjust its cut plain(s). Or at least that it shows the invisible edges from where it measures its volume from. So I can recalculate difference manually. Show More

Hi,   it would be great to have the chance to export a given model as OBJ or FBX with a multi tile UV and hence multiple Diffuse/Normal/Displacement maps. That would increase the maps resolution and it would make the model more suitable for VR or games asset.   Thanks!   Cheers,   V. Show More

Ok the name first off, horrible to search for on any information that is third party, unless you want to see a cat remake Michael Jacksons thriller, I don't know maybe that's your thing.  Simply needs a name change or brand identifier, something way we can talk about our projects and such and third party server algorithms will pick up on it.  Internet = Communication, we have a minor road block.   Secondly I cannot see this program as a stand alone item.  I really can't by itself its a wonderfully fun toy if you could just buy a copy and a machine to run it on and be done.  Since it is subscription based it should be packaged with one of well pick, Autodesk makes a lot of cool stuff.  For me an ArtCam Remake package makes sense because I am a wood worker amongst all the things that I tinker with. (maybe throw maya LT) in there and have a party.   Third this is just a though, get the render engine to run on private Linux or windows servers.  Can't really do much with anything while its doing magic calculations and math.  So why not send it over to something you really don't need to look at while it's doing its mojo. Would it be possible to implement an export to 3d pdf. Since everyone can open it (pretty much) it would prevent the hassle of explaining them what they have to install before the can actually view the model. Show More

Hey Autodesk!   It would be awesome if we could draw grid lines in a top view or in a section view. The grid lines could help to create accurate separations.(For example head-arms-legs etc.) After this procedure, users could easly create animations  or displaced views.     Show More
